Late Policy
If you are 10 or more minutes late, we may ask you to cancel your appointment or to require a reduced appointment time,
with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 3-hour notice for all appointment cancellations and changes.
Same day cancellations that are less than 3 hours of your appointment time, 50% of the service will be charged.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
